It's amazing what one can do when you simply refuse to assign limits. When you go all in, it is possible to not only reach your goals but to exceed them.  Five years ago, I was a morbidly obese person, so disconnected from my body that I could never fathom weighing less than 250 pounds, completing  a race, or dropping and doing twenty push ups. It was only when I went all in, willing to do whatever it took without placing limitations or other false barriers in front of my dreams that I was able to not only lose weight and get in shape but rather I exceeded my own wildest expectations. Without limits, I lost over 120 pounds, dropped 8 clothing sizes, and found a previously unknown passion for fitness and exercise. What can you do without limits?
